Please read before bringing a dogDog Safety Waiver & Rules+
Dogs may behave unpredictably in crowds and around unfamiliar people or animals. By attending, participating, vending, bringing a dog, or interacting with a dog at the event, each person knowingly and voluntarily assumes all animal-related risks, including bites, scratches, falls, dog fights, escape, illness, injury, death, property damage, or other loss.
- Each owner or handler is solely responsible for supervising and controlling their dog, cleaning up after the dog, and paying for any injury or damage the dog causes.
- All dogs must remain leashed, harnessed, or tethered and under control throughout the Pawty event areas. A service animal may be otherwise controlled only when the handler’s disability prevents use of a restraint or the restraint would interfere with the animal’s safe, effective work; effective voice, signal, or other control is still required.
- Aggressive, threatening, uncontrolled, or visibly ill dogs are not permitted. FEG – Floyd Entertainment Group may require any dog to leave when necessary for safety.
- Dogs are welcome to use the nearby designated dog park at Grand Boulevard and Olive Street for off-leash exercise, subject to that dog park’s posted rules and capacity. Dogs may not run off leash within the Pawty event areas.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee, participant, vendor, owner, and handler accepts responsibility for animal-related incidents and agrees that FEG – Floyd Entertainment Group LLC, Grand Center, Inc., and BoCo Boba Tea are not responsible or liable for injuries, losses, claims, or property damage caused by or arising from an animal. Nothing in this notice limits rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act or liability that cannot legally be waived.
